Dear Alabamians,

As Lt. Governor, I guarantee you the Alabama Legislator will introduce a bill to bring back our blue collared jobs. We have lost tens of thousands of jobs over the past decade due to the federal North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). We have lost our railroad industry, our textile industry, our farm industry, our cattle industry, etc... Why?

The North American Free Trade Agreement eliminated federal excise taxes, federal tariffs, and federal payroll taxes, such as: Federal income, social security, and medicare on goods manufactured in Canada and Mexico. New federal regulations, such as: Health Care Tax Penalties and Cap and Trade Tax Penalties are not and will not be enforced in Mexico and Canada. We will lose even more jobs after mandated health care and cap and trade are legislated.

Great idea to eliminate taxes and regulations, however the result has been thousands of industries have outsourced millions of American jobs to Canada and Mexico. Alabama continues to suffer massive job losses and billions in lost tax revenues due to the North American Free Trade Agreement. What can the State of Alabama do?

Alabama is part of North America! The Alabama Legislature must legally assert the same federal tax privileges received within Canada and Mexico. The Alabama Legislature must legally assert the same federal regulatory immunities received within Canada and Mexico. The Alabama Legislature must legislate on behalf of all small and large businesses in Alabama. The Alabama Legislature must remind Washington D.C. bureaucrats that Alabama is part of North America, and our citizenry will receive the same tax and regulatory privileges/immunities received within Canada and Mexico.

Sound too simple? Ask yourselves the following questions: Why have so many industries outsourced jobs and manufacturing to Mexico and Canada? Answer: To avoid federal tax burdens and federal regulations. Why is a good manufactured in Alabama then shipped to Florida or New York taxed by the federal government? Why is the Alabama laborer required to pay federal, social security, and medicare taxes on their wages? Why is the manufacturer required to pay federal business taxes, liability insurance and worker' compensation benefits? Do Mexican or Canadian manufactured goods pay the same taxes and adhere to the same federal regulations? No!

How can Alabama bring back our jobs? The Alabama Legislature must legally assert the same privileges and immunities received, under the North American Free Trade Agreement, for the State of Alabama. Yes, the solution is simple, unless we fail to possess visionary leadership in the state legislature.

I am tired of watching our federal government imprison Americans for tax evasion when 35 million illegal immigrants have stolen our jobs, evaded our tax policies and bankrupted our health care system.

I am tired of watching our federal government dole out business grants
to foreigners but expect Americans to “pull themselves up by their own bootstraps”.

I am tired of paying taxes to a government that rebuilds the infrastructure of foreign lands in the Middle East, Africa, Central and South America while America’s infrastructure is crumbling due to a lack of revenue.

I am tired of watching many of my former students join the military to be sent off to fight other people’s wars.

I am tired of watching my neighbors lose their homes to forclosure because their business is bankrupt or they lost their jobs due to “outsourcing” or “downsizing”.

I am tired of watching my neighbors’ children walk through our neighborhoods selling their toys because their families need money to pay for essentials.

I am tired of my government expecting me and my family to follow rules and laws when they make excuses for themselves and their criminal behavior.

I am tired of hearing my government tell Alabamians to find a new career because the local industry is moving out of the country.

I am tired of paying Medicare and Social Security taxes to a government when there will be no benefits for me or future generations.

I am tired of listening to my former students tell me they can not find a job in their field after four or more years of college.

I am tired of paying taxes to a government that is supposed to be taxing foreign business.

I am tired of watching 30% of my income flushed down the toilet of D.C. politics.

I am tired of cultural politics! Who cares what your religion, race, national origin, sexuality, age or gender happens to be? This is supposed to be America, where we are all free independent people. Why is our government still playing the cultural politics card in a game which should have ended decades ago?

V. Alabama Public School Restructuring:

1. Develop a Community Based Public School System.

a. Greatly expand/incorporate the number of City School Systems and downsize or eliminate the inefficient bureaucracy of county school systems in non-incorporated areas.

2. Build a minimum of 670 new schools throughout our state every year for the next ten years (elementary K-4/5; intermediate 4/5-6, middle 7-8; high 9-12).

3. Build a minimum of 1 Alternative/Special Education School in each of our 67 counties.

Alternative Schools will house students Sunday evening at 5:00pm through Friday evening at 5:00pm. Dorms will be included. Alternative schools will be operated by the Alabama Army and Air Force National Guard with an ROTC training program. Students with alternative special needs will participate.

Special Education Schools will receive 100% federal funding for federally mandated services. All students with special academic learning needs will participate.

Currently: Alabama spends 2.1-2.9 Billion dollars of our State Education Budget on unfunded federal mandates within our public school system.

Children with special needs must be given every opportunity to learn in a well funded, well staffed, special education school to accommodate their federal educational rights.

4. Equal Per Pupil Funding in Community Schools.

a. End ADM and ADA funding.

b. Eligible Age Based Funding Program. Ages 5-19, regardless of enrollment or attendance in public schools, will receive equal per-pupil funding based upon the number of eligible students residing within the community school zone.

Eligible Age Based Funding will re-empower teachers and administrators with the ability to enforce State and Community School Board standards in our schools without the fear of losing state money per pupil.

Eligible Age Based Funding will eliminate alternative disciplinary behaviors from the general student populace.

Eligible Age Based Funding will eliminate truancy courts thereby reducing the bureaucracy and cost of school systems.

Eligible Age Based Funding will return parental authority and responsibility.

Eligible Age Based Funding will increase funding for public community schools without having to raise taxes.

Eligible Age Based Funding will allow schools the freedom to expand their curriculum, sports or extra-curricular programs.

5. Increase teacher salaries to a professional wage.

“Alabama will never be able to attract and retain well qualified applicants in the profession of public education until the Alabama legislature decides to pay Alabama Educators a professional wage.”

6. Coaching and Extra-Curricular Activity State Supplements:

INTRODUCTION:
Listed below is a timetable regarding the history of taxation in the United States of America: When Alabamians discover the truth about federal taxation and federal power, they will want to revolt! The 2010 ballot box will be our opportunity to take back our natural rights and our guaranteed constitutional freedoms.

“It is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong”. Voltaire

Voltaire knew that knowledge equals power. He knew that, if people were told the truth about the actions of their government, people would revolt and reclaim their natural God given rights to life, liberty and property. Voltaire knew that a people left ignorant could and often would be enslaved to the tyranny of governmental power. Voltaire understood that dispensing knowledge that ran contrary to governmental propaganda was considered treasonous and punishable by death. Voltaire was a rebel! Voltaire was an educator! Voltaire led an enlightened revolution of the masses.

As an American, what would you do if you discovered that you were not required by constitutional law to pay federal payroll taxes?

1754-1776: “Taxation without representation”. The American Revolution, a war with the British monarchy, was fought over unjust, unequal forms of direct taxation, such as the Stamp and Tea Acts. American colonists had risked their lives and lands by leaving their native European countries for the new world. They sought political and religious freedoms from corrupt and greedy feudalistic styled European governments. European governments prevented the common man from acquiring property or wealth unless you were born into wealth or chosen by the government to oversee property on behalf of the King. Natural rights were non-existent for every man on an equal basis throughout Europe. The New World in America gave every man an opportunity to control his destiny without the interference of another man much less a King.

King George had to pay for his Seven-Years war with France. He needed a new source of revenue, so he looked towards the New World and thought he had found a taxable goldmine of goods and services. History proves that the King stumbled upon an American bee’s nest not willing to share the honey that they produced for themselves. King George understood that his subjects in Britain would not tolerate another form of tax, so he decided to risk imposing new taxes on the new unorganized America. He used the power of his navy, his army, and his weapons to instill fear into the new world. King George thought he could subdue and force the New World and its subjects to comply with his orders and his need for war money. His imposed fear turned Americans towards an organized hatred for the British Redcoats. King George’s actions and greed eventually led to the defeat of the British Empire.

Fifty-six patriots such as Thomas Jefferson, Samuel Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Richard Henry Lee, Francis Lightfoot Lee, Benjamin Rush, and Francis Lewis risked their very lives by signing the Declaration of Independence. Our Founding Fathers committed treason and knew that, if they failed in their quest of creating a sovereign America, they would be arrested, tried and executed. They did not succumb to their fear of going to war with the British Empire. They chose the opportunity of freedom over a lifetime of unjust servitude. The American Revolution was fought and the British Empire was no more. America was free and independent.

Many so-called historians purposefully distort the “taxation without representation” call to arms of our Revolutionary War. These history-changers, or propagandists, or government employees focus entirely upon the lack of representation within the British House of Lords as the reason for America’s lack of compliance with British taxation. America’s lack of representation within the British government is a ridiculous argument for going to war with the British Empire. King George’s loyal supporters were scattered and few throughout the New World; he maintained very little popular support nor did he have absolute rule over Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island or Virginia. He had marginal support or control over the people of New York, Maryland and New Hampshire. King George’s loyalty and authority was limited to the Carolinas and Georgia.

The colonial call to arms against the British Empire was a direct opposition to new forms of direct taxation. Mere representation within the British monarchy would not have prevented a war. Colonists, whether they resided in a royal, chartered or proprietary colony, were not going to pay a direct tax to any foreign or domestic government. Representation within government was of little concern to the colonists; they demanded autonomy over the goods that they produced for themselves and their families. Colonists came to the New World to be free from the tyranny of absolute governmental rule. This is one of many reasons King George conscripted and used Redcoats, (the military), to maintain any kind of authority over the colonists. King George understood that the people of the New World would rebel against any new or direct form of taxation.

1776-1781: Articles of Confederation.

The Revolutionary war was fought and the war was won by an unorganized group of patriots who decided that life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness endowed by the Creator of all mankind would be the cornerstone of the New World. They fought and defeated a monarchy which used the power of taxation and militarism as its means of legitimacy. Our founding fathers feared an unlimited government; they feared tyranny and power of an unlimited central authority.

The Articles of Confederation established the first post-war government for the new world. This loose net union of states under the Articles was established as a contract to prevent another powerful central government from utilizing taxes and a standing army to deny men the freedom and liberties that had so long been denied under European governments. Our founding fathers established a central government that was totally dependent upon the consent of the governed. The Articles of Confederation lacked executive and judicial branches of government. Under the Articles of Confederation, taxes were collected by the state governments and voluntarily sent to the central government in accordance with state population. This contractual confederation of states prevented a central government from using the power of taxation to establish a standing army. By limiting the central government’s taxing authority, the people and the states did not need to fear the confiscation of money by means of military styled force (Internal Revenue Service: IRS).

The Articles of Confederation would quickly prove to be too weak of a contract for a central authority to maintain itself or exist. The voluntary system of taxation by means of the states and the lack of a centralized monetary system would ignite interstate disputes soon after the Articles were written and implemented. The lack of a judicial branch to hear and settle these contractual disputes were of primary concern to land and business owners. The lack of an executive branch to enforce the laws delegated under the Articles of Confederation created an atmosphere of mob rule under the Articles of Confederation. Daniel Shay’s rebellion would ignite a fear that, if the newly formed confederation was to survive, a stronger central authority must be created. A stronger government was needed to secure the rights of property and wealth. A secret meeting would soon be underway to write a new form of government which would resolve the monetary problems that existed under the Articles of Confederation.

1787-1791: Constitution and Bill of Rights.

This secret meeting was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1787. The constitutional convention was held in secret as a means of preventing a war between the states. Two main political groups would sit down and discuss with one another how they could resolve the confederation’s monetary and private property rights issues without creating a central government with too much power and authority over the states and the people. These two groups are referred to in history as the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists.

Federalists were made up of land owners, merchants, bankers, lawyers and other business minded people who feared that the Articles of Confederation inadequately protected private property. Federalists feared a democracy or what they referred to as mob rule by the majority. Federalists feared the lack of a judicial branch and executive branch to enforce contractual agreements. The federalists, such as: James Madison, Alexander Hamilton and John Adams wanted the new central government to possess the judicial power to interpret legally binding agreements and most importantly enforce those contracts through an executive branch of government.

Anti-Federalists were made up of small land owners, farmers, and laborers who feared that this new secret meeting was a conspiracy to create an American King. Many of the signers of the Declaration of Independence would be opposed to this new Constitutional government, such as: Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, Samuel Adams and John Hancock. The Anti-Federalists feared the inherent power of a central government, which in Europe, had forcefully ruled over the masses by the fewest number of men. They feared the power and absolute authority of an oligarchy or monarchy in America. They feared the new constitutional government was being created to prevent a free enterprise system designed to spread wealth and prosperity for all those who sought self-sufficiency.

The federalist and anti-federalist papers are must reads for all American citizens. (Without having read both arguments, for and against this new constitution, no one can intelligently debate the founding fathers intentions and reasons for writing the Constitution of the United States of America). The federalists feared tyranny of the majority; the anti-federalists feared tyranny of the minority (government itself). Both the federalist and anti-federalist papers feared any type of governmental system without a rule of law. For two long years the Constitution was debated and with the agreement to include a Bill of Rights, in seventeen eighty nine (1789) our new Constitutional Republic was created.

Standing outside of the constitutional convention in Philadelphia, Benjamin Franklin was noted as saying to a woman who asked the following question: “What kind of government did you give to us?” Franklin responded, “A Republic madam, if you can keep it”.

A Constitutional Republic was the compromise that the federalists and anti-federalists created seven years after the Articles of Confederation was ratified. A Constitutional Republic curbed the people’s fears of tyranny by the majority or tyranny through a minority. Our constitutional republic prevents any individual or any group of individuals from acquiring un-delegated, un-written authoritative power. This constitutional limitation of power applied not only to the people as a majority, but to the government itself. The founding fathers created the perfect system of limited government; one that was limited to specific delegated and enumerated powers. All other powers would belong to the states and the people directly. Our Constitution would be and is still ignored, misinterpreted, indirectly altered or just simply omitted by those who seek power and authority.

Immoral, greedy and corrupt individuals did, would, and continue to ignore our nation’s rule of law under our constitution. Immoral people, who have selfish, greedy and self-righteous intentions, continue to misrepresent, ignore and defy our nation’s laws in the name of economic equity, fairness or the greater good. Immoral people lack an acknowledgment for the dignity and worth of the individual person. By demanding a socially engineered outcome for the greater good of society, popular sovereignty and individual freedom have been and continue to be destroyed by our government.

I believe in my heart and soul it is morally impossible for an individual to claim to be a Christian and a believer in a democratic form of government at the same time. A Christian cannot make a legal claim to forcefully confiscate the property or assets of any other person without the other party’s consent. A Christian cannot claim abortion as a private medical choice between a woman and her doctor. A Christian can not claim adultery as an alternative lifestyle. I believe the Bible is clear, regarding Christians having no moral or legal obligation to a government that ignores its own laws or violates its own contracts. Thomas Jefferson’s Declaration of Independence is not a dead American document to be read within the walls of history. Our Declaration of Independence is alive and as applicable today as it was in 1776. Our rights come from God our Creator. Our rights are endowed to us not to be denied by any form of government. Christian men and women need to ponder the following actions of their government:

1. The Judeo-Christian religion in America has been censored by our government from the public airwaves, schools, court-houses, city- county and state buildings. From the foundation of America up through the infamous 1963 court case Engle vs. Vitale, government was constitutionally separated from religion. Government could not establish nor deny the free exercise of religious activities. Our first amendment constitutional right to freedom of religion has been taken away from us by our government.

2. Our religious holidays have been censored by our schools and our courts.

3. Our children are prevented from worshipping and acknowledging God for all His blessings during sporting events, graduation ceremonies and other public or civic activities.

4. The federal government is attempting to end all religious non-profit organizations, so churches will be required to pay taxes.

5. Churches can not preach the Bible for fear of losing their non-profit status. Abortion and homosexuality are two topics which do bankrupt churches. Your pastors will not preach the gospel for fear of the Internal Revenue Service.

6. The Ten Commandments have been ruled by the United States Supreme Court to cause confusion and brain damage when young school aged children were read them hanging on school walls. The court stated: “Children might actually follow the principles of the Ten Commandments which might interfere into their private lives”.

a. God forbid young people were to ever read:

i. Honor your mother and father.
ii. You shall not commit murder.
iii. You shall not commit adultery.
iv. You shall not steal.
v. You shall not lie.
vi. You shall not covet.

7. Schools (government) are teaching children how to have masturbation orgies as a means of practicing safe sex.

8. Schools (government) refuse to teach children to practice abstinence.

9. Schools (government) enforce dress codes, chewing gum restrictions, cell phone restrictions, body piercing restrictions and hair color restrictions as alternative unacceptable behaviors in our public schools. However, when teenaged unwed students become pregnant, schools hold pregnant parties to celebrate the student’s behavior.

10. The federal government steals 40-50% of your income every year without your consent.

Our founding fathers established an indirect constitutional method of paying taxes to our newly formed Constitutional Republic, such as: Article I section 8 clause 1; the taxation of duties, imposts and excises. Our founding fathers did not create a constitutional form of direct taxation without apportionment or enumeration. The federal government is constitutionally limited to indirect forms of taxation as a source of revenue.

8th Commandment of God: “Thou shalt not steal”

10th Commandment of God: “Do not desire another man’s house, wife or
anything else that he owns”
“How can the government believe that it needs or deserves more of the people’s money than God Himself requires from His people? God has managed his kingdom for thousands of years on ten percent of the people’s money. Our federal government receives 25-50% of our citizen’s income and wealth while delivering moral and economic bankruptcy to us all.

1789-1861: Constitutional Taxation limited to duties, imposts and excises.
From the ratification of our Constitutional Republic through the year 1861, our federal (central) government was limited to seventeen delegated powers. Under this limited government, we fought and won the war of 1812. We raised an Army, a Navy and a militia, while our commander-in-chief executed his war powers and duties as President of the United States. The judicial branch of our government limited itself by adhering to a strict constructionist viewpoint of the law. The Judicial Branch of government was capable of resolving early interstate disputes regarding the taxation of national banks and interstate waterways without expanding the power or regulatory authority of the federal government.

Our Constitutional Republic and its principled idea of limited government, state’s rights, and popular sovereignty were unique and radical for the time period throughout the world. Our constitution was the first of its kind regarding the limitations placed upon the power of the State. Most of the world still held onto feudalistic or monarchial systems of democracy which expanded the authority of the state by placing limitations on human achievement and personal wealth. America’s idea of limited governmental authority is what created all of the world’s technological advances that we are all so grateful for today.

America’s earlier period of restrained government was not without limitations of personal freedom and individual liberty for all mankind. Slavery and involuntary servitude continued throughout the nation. Throughout much of the nation, black (Africans) people were considered personal property (Dred Scott Decision). Blacks were enslaved to early plantations and their owners. Plantations were the nation’s largest business for the time period. Blacks were forced to work without compensation for long periods of time in order to win their God given natural rights to be free and independent. Women were considered subservient to their husbands and thereby left without a voice in the new government. Native Americans were contracted or given lands by the federal government only to be forcefully relocated as the nation expanded westward. With the political support of government funded railroad systems, Native American treaties would be broken for the betterment of the public good. Chinese immigrants were indentured to the government railroad system to work with little or no compensation. Irish immigrants were prevented from becoming entrepreneurs or working for certain companies or government entities.

WHAT IS SLAVERY? DO AMERICANS UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT?

1. Forced labor. Conscription.
2. Labor without contracted compensation.
3. Earn or Profit $100.00 while others decide “your fair share” of your earnings.
4. Limitations on making profits.

THE ROBIN HOOD STORY!

Robin Hood is my personal hero! As the story goes, Robin Hood stole from the rich and gave to the poor. Yes, that is the concept of the story about Robin Hood, yet we tend to forget who the rich were at that time. They were the Kings, the Lords and the Vassals; they were the government. Robin Hood was stealing from the government. Stealing is the wrong term to use. We all know that theft is a crime and theft is immoral. Robin Hood was taking back from the government what was originally stolen from the people. Robin Hood was returning a government tax to the people. Robin Hood recognized the injustices of Head Taxes (today’s payroll taxes) and went to war with the government. Our founding father, Thomas Jefferson, is America’s Robin Hood. King George was directly taxing his citizens and Thomas Jefferson and other American Patriots went to war to defend the injustices of direct taxation. I often wonder where our Christian men and women are hiding. I often wonder where our contemporary Robin Hood hero’s have gone.

America had its limitations of promising liberty for all who arrived. Despite those limitations, every American regardless of age, sex, race, or national origin had the opportunity to better themselves within their individual communities. Our Constitutional Republic was limited from legislating slavery, involuntary servitude, property ownership or voting rights. The federal government had no authority over the personal liberties of individuals. As the Declaration of Independence states, “we had the right to pursue happiness”, government did not have the power or authority to legislate individual happiness.

These early American atrocities were not created by our Constitution, rather our constitution clearly limits the authority of the state from empowering a business the ability to enslave or conscript free labor. Collective democratic groups of people created our American atrocities. Over time, citizens would mistakenly use their collective voices to elect representatives who would defy our constitution and our ideal of limited government. The tyranny of the majority would win out and our minority would suffer.

Individuals can not enslave entire groups of people. Individuals can not steal from the majority of people. Individuals can not force any group of people to do anything against their will. However, people will group together in democratic forms of unlimited government to implement the sins of: Theft by direct progressive taxation.

The federalists, who founded our constitution, understood and feared the dangers of a democracy; they knew that immoral, greedy, selfish groups of people would seek to win public office. Federalists were aware of the destructive nature of democratic tyranny; left unchecked by a written rule of law, a ruling majority would vote themselves the personal property of others within society. The anti-federalists understood that only government had the power to enslave and subject people to tyranny by the rule of an elite few. The anti-federalists demanded constitutional guarantees; they demanded a Bill of Rights.

Time would free black men and women from slavery and involuntary servitude with the thirteenth amendment. Time would also give women a voice in government with the nineteenth amendment. Our system of federalism and our Constitutional Republic was an almost perfect system of government. However, people with immoral, selfish, and greedy intentions subverted, ignored, and misinterpreted our constitutional laws in order to advance themselves with government privileges and immunities that only their groups would possess.

The elitists regained their power and authority over the masses.
Article 1 section 8 clause 1: The power to tax.

The first delegated power to the new constitutional republic is the power to tax. The new government’s taxing authority was limited to taxing duties, imposts and excises; but all duties, imposts and excises must be uniform throughout the several states. Duties and imposts are tariffs. Tariffs are taxes that are applied to imports. Import taxes were applied for two purposes: One, import taxes were the chief constitutional source of income for the federal government, and secondly, import taxes protected American businesses from foreign competition thereby protecting American jobs. Excise taxes were applied at the manufacturing level, meaning they were indirect hidden taxes paid by the producer and the consumer. In short, the founding fathers delegated the power to tax goods as they were manufactured, sold, used or imported. Goods were taxed; not incomes, gifts, deaths, labor, nor profits and earnings.

Those so-called historians, who lecture you about taxation, ALWAYS leave out the facts surrounding the history of American taxation. Our founding fathers revolted against King George because of DIRECT TAXATION not the lack of representation in government. Our constitution only empowers our government the ability to apply indirect taxes on duties, imposts and excises rather than death, gift, or income taxes. Furthermore, our founding fathers denied certain taxing powers to the new government:

Article 1 section 9 clauses 4 & 5: Denied Taxing Authority.

No capitation tax or other direct tax shall be applied without apportionment or enumeration based upon a census. The founding fathers denied the new government the authority to tax one’s head (capitation). No direct tax shall be applied unless it is equal to the population of each state. The founding fathers also denied the new government from interfering with interstate commerce by denying the taxation of exports. To deny government certain taxing authority was the only way to limit the government from infringing upon the rights of the states and the people.
1861-1872: The War Between the States. Lincoln’s Income Tax.

The Revenue Act of 1861 was issued by the Congress through the suspension of the right to a writ of habeas corpus. A writ of habeas corpus is yet another denied power under our Constitution. Article 1 section 9 (Denied Powers) clause 2 states: Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public safety may require it. This means you may not be arrested and detained without legal reason or without a trial by jury.

President Abraham Lincoln, as commander-in-chief and as head executive, suspended the right to a writ of habeas corpus during the War Between the States. The state governments were at war over the power of export taxation (tariffs). Historians know slavery was not the issue or cause of America’s “Civil War”. Slavery should have been the cause and should always be an issue for going to war! Abraham Lincoln could have and should have freed all of the nation’s slaves with the passage of the Emancipation Proclamation. Instead, Lincoln freed the slaves only in the South. Why did Lincoln wait two years into his presidency to free the slaves?

Slavery is a moral issue rather than a geographical issue. When Lincoln had the power and authority to free the slaves, the proclamation should have applied to all slaves in any American territory. Politically, Lincoln knew he would have lost popular support along the Border States. Slavery and the concept of slavery should be eradicated where ever it is found. The problem with eliminating slavery today is that too many people have forgotten what the concept actually means. Too many people attempt to position their personal politics ahead of their morals. As long as they are not personally effected, they behave like ostriches and burry their heads into the sand. They fail to recognize the patterns of history. They may not be affected today, although they will be affected tomorrow when it will be too late to become a principled citizen.

The War Between the States was fought over the national congress’ taxing of exports from southern ports. The Southern states petitioned the federal government to halt any and all export taxes, but they lost the vote in congress. After the election of President Abraham Lincoln, the South had no other option but to secede.

South Carolina secedes from the union. At least history accounts that South Carolina left the union. Untrue! The national congress left the union with a majority vote to tax exports. The taxation of exports is a denied power to the congress: Article I, section 9, clause 5. The federal congress seceded from the Union by breaching its Constitutional contract with the state governments to tax exports.

Eleven other state governments secede from the union. At least that is what you were taught in public school. Secession requires the breach of a contract. South Carolina and the Confederate States of America did not break the contract under our Constitution of the United States of America. The national congress broke the contract with the States when it applied export taxes to southern goods. The president broke the contract when he suspended a writ of habeas corpus and ordered a naval blockade of southern ports. The tyranny of the majority had returned to American government. Ignoring our constitutional rule of law and the rights of mankind would lead our nation into a civil war.

President Lincoln and the national congress would have to pay for the war and would have to pay their conscripted (drafted) military. The Congress passed the Revenue Act of 1861 thereby creating the nation’s first income tax. Between 1861 and 1868 the income tax was utilized to pay for a conscripted military, a war and the military occupation of the defeated Confederate States of America. Between 1868 and 1872, the new income tax was becoming less and less popular with the people. In 1872, the congress repealed the income tax in order to avert another violent act of constitutional disobedience by the people.

1880’s Tariff War. Cleveland-Harrison-Cleveland.

After the Reconstruction/Occupation of the South, the federal government resorted back to constitutional forms of indirect taxation, such as: Excise taxes on liquor and tobacco and tariffs on imported goods. However, the debate over the income tax was only beginning. Democrat Grover Cleveland was elected to the Presidency on the campaign promise of making the cost of imported goods cheaper; he would accomplish his goal by lowering tariffs. In 1885, Grover Cleveland became the first Democrat elected to the presidency after the War Between the States. His campaign promise of making imported goods cheaper appealed to every consumer in America. Even in today’s political climate, a campaign promise of lowering the cost of goods or services for consumers will bring you a majority number of votes and quite possibly get you elected to public office.

The economic trade-off of lower tariffs would decimate the revenue generating ability of the federal government. The economic trade-off of lower tariffs would bankrupt competing American business. The economic trade-off of lower tariffs would create widespread unemployment in America. The economic trade-off of lowering tariffs would rock our nation’s fragile financial system. The economic trade-off of lower tariffs would destroy our nation’s banking system. President Cleveland did not worry himself with the economic trade-offs of his decision to alter our constitutional forms of taxation; he wanted to be elected to the Presidency of the United States. Remember, Article I, section 8 clause 1: Congress can set and collect taxes on duties, imposts and excises.

Republican Benjamin Harrison, the grandson of President William H. Harrison, stepped into the presidential race in 1888 to challenge the incumbent Cleveland. Harrison’s campaign promise was to protect American businesses and jobs by imposing very steep tariffs (duties and imposts). Benjamin Harrison was elected president and raised tariffs to an all time historical high.

Grover Cleveland challenged and defeated Harrison in the 1892 election to become the first and to this date only president to have served non-consecutive terms. Cleveland’s campaign message to the people was to again lower tariffs, creating cheaper goods for consumers. Once again, the Cleveland administration lowered tariffs on the promise of finding a new source of revenue for the federal government.
Under Grover Cleveland’s second term as president, the 1894 Wilson Tariff Act was enacted, reviving the income tax that Lincoln created during the War Between the States. Immediately following the implementation of the income tax, constitutional challenges would emerge on the grounds that a writ of habeas corpus was not in suspension making the income tax unconstitutional.

One year later, the United States Supreme Court heard the new income tax challenges in the case 1895 Pollock vs. Farmers Trust and Loan Company. The Supreme Court delivered a ruling that would overturn the constitutionality of an income tax. The ruling in the Pollock case stated: The income tax was a direct tax without apportionment or enumeration thereby violating Article 1 Section 9 clause 4 and Article 1 section 2 clause 3 of the Constitution. The court stated that a person’s income did not fall under indirect excise taxing authority and therefore violated specific denied powers of the constitution. Cleveland’s income tax was overruled by constitutional checks and balances. Our system of checks and balances, separation of powers and a limited Constitutional Republic was alive and well in 1895.

1890’s and the Populist Movement:

The populist movement in America picks up steam after the defeat of Grover Cleveland. Populists were those within American society, who represented the ideology of Karl Marx and the Communist manifesto, wanting a bigger more centralized federal government. The populists took pages straight out of the communist manifesto, demanding America adopt Marx’s socialistic philosophy of government. Karl Marx co-authored and printed the Communist Manifesto in 1848. The anti-capitalist philosophy was at its peak in the 1880’s in Europe spilling over into America with the millions of newly arriving immigrants. The populists demanded an income tax on the wealthy. Populists wanted cheap money by going off of the gold standard. Populists wanted government redistribution of lands. Populists also wanted a centralized national banking system. Populist’s wanted everything that our Republic was not capable of providing.

The People’s Party or the Populist Party was our nation’s first formal political party made up of communists, socialists, and anarchists who happened to be unskilled laborers looking for the federal government to grant them economic equity and financial security. For the time period, the Populist Party became the laughing stock of most newspapers around the country. Their theories on government were so out of bounds with our Constitutional Republic they received very little creditability during the 1890’s. However, as millions of new socialists and communists immigrated to the United States, the ideas of government paychecks began to win local elections throughout the northeast. Ultimately, the Democratic Party would adopt the Populist Party platform at the national level of politics with the emergence of presidential candidate Woodrow Wilson.

1912-1920: Soak the Rich Campaign & Woodrow Wilson.

The Democratic Party, under the campaign of Woodrow Wilson, was in political transition in 1912. Four candidates for President were on the ticket in 1912. Two of the four candidates were old populists from the 1890’s: Theodore Roosevelt former Republican, running under the Bull Moose Party, Eugene V. Debs running under the Socialist Party, Woodrow Wilson running under the Democratic Party and the incumbent Presidential Republican William H. Taft. Because of former President Theodore Roosevelt’s candidacy in the 1912 election, incumbent William H. Taft would not stand a chance to win reelection. Theodore Roosevelt decided that Taft was not progressive enough to be reelected President, so Roosevelt decided to split the Republican electorate by running as a popular third party candidate. Eugene Debs was an open out-of-the closet socialist candidate. Woodrow Wilson was preaching the theory of democracy was the cornerstone of American politics; he would deliver America to global righteousness. Taft was towing the constitutional line of limited government during a time when many new immigrants were looking to punish the rich and steal their wealth.

Woodrow Wilson wins the presidential election of 1912. The progressive movement was underway. Americans did not understand the term progressive to mean the progression of Karl Marx’s communistic principles straight from the communist manifesto. Under the Wilson administration, the principles of capitalism, the constitutional idea of limited government and the ninth and tenth amendments would disappear:

1. In 1913, Congress creates the Federal Reserve Bank. The Federal Reserve is a private bank owned by the nation’s wealthiest at the time of its creation. This new banking system would create a national banking system that would eventually end the gold standard. The creation of inflation through the printing of cheap money would make American industry more profitable. This socialistic idea of a national banking system is straight out of the communist manifesto and a direct result of the 1890’s populist movement.

2. In 1913, Congress creates the Federal Trade Commission giving the federal government superior jurisdiction over interstate as well as intrastate commerce. The free flow of goods would now be regulated and taxed by this new bureaucratic form of socialistic government.

3. In 1913, the 16th amendment is ratified, fulfilling the 1912 presidential campaign promise of soaking the rich and the redistribution of wealth. The 16th amendment would be a tax on the top 10% of profit earners. Ninety percent of Americans were exempt from paying this new profits and earnings tax. Those earning $360,000 a year, in today’s money, would pay 1% of their profits and earnings in the form of a new income tax. The maximum income tax percentage was set at six percent.

Immediately following the ratification of the income tax, legal challenges to the constitutionality of the tax would appear. The United States Supreme Court would hear two precedent setting cases in 1916 regarding the constitutionality of the new income tax: Brushaber vs. Union Pacific Railroad Company and Stanton vs. Baltic Mining Company.

The United States Supreme Court stated that the new income tax was not a direct tax, therefore the tax did not violate Article 1 section 9 clause 4 as did the Pollock vs. Farmers Trust and Loan Company (1895) ruling indicated. The court confirmed the sixteenth amendment conferred no new power of taxation. The court ruled the sixteenth amendment to be an indirect tax, and indirect taxes fall under the classification of excise taxes which are found in Article 1 section 8 clause 1.
The legal challenges in the Brushaber and Stanton cases dealt with the taxing authority of corporate profits and earnings from corporate related incomes, such as dividends and capital gains within the stock market. The court stated that indirectly taxing profits and earnings on corporate investments either foreign or domestic fell under the classification of indirect excise taxes. The sixteenth amendment was truly a tax on the wealthy and their profits and earnings from foreign and domestic business activities.

Woodrow Wilson’s two administrations as President of the United States would further progress the nation into World War 1. After campaigning in the presidential election of 1916, with the campaign slogan of: “Reelect Woodrow Wilson, I kept you out of War”, millions of Americans would be drafted into the military and sent off to fight a war in Europe. The Selective Service Act of 1917 is a gift from President Woodrow Wilson which would later be used to force Americans to fight in World War 2, and The Vietnam Conflict.

4. In 1913, the 17th amendment of our Constitution would be added by the Wilson administration. Direct or popular Election of Senators would forever change the politics and landscape of the United States Senate. Senators would be answerable to a democratic majority of voters rather than our Constitutional rule of law or our State Legislatures. Democratic Socialism and the limitation of state’s powers were well on their way to completion under the Wilson administration.

5. In 1919, Woodrow Wilson would declare a war on alcohol and ratified the eighteenth amendment (18th amendment). By making alcohol illegal, the government lost a very lucrative source of taxable revenue. The federal government’s prohibition on alcohol would help create a nation of criminals and start a war against suppliers of alcohol. Wilson would become our nation’s first tsar of personal consumption.

In short, Woodrow Wilson was a socialist. Woodrow Wilson was our nation’s first globalist president. Woodrow Wilson was the first president to put the needs of foreigners and foreign governments ahead of Americans and constitutional rights. Woodrow Wilson was the first president to expand our nation’s foreign policy under the pretense of democracy and America’s moral obligation to democratize the world.

Wilson attempted to get our nation involved into international affairs, such as the League of Nations. However, in 1920 the American people came to their constitutional senses and elected Republican Warren G. Harding on the campaign promise of “a return to normalcy”. The United States involvement in the League of Nations never came to fruition.

The 1920’s election of three Republican presidents: Warren G. Harding, Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover would lead our nation into the “Roaring 20’s economic boom” bringing wealth and prosperity to millions of hard working Americans. Harding, Coolidge and Hoover would again raise tariffs to protect American business from foreign competition thereby increasing the standard of living for American workers. The nation returned to a period of isolationism and limited government.

1921-1932: Roaring 20’s. Isolationism. Limited Government:

Post WW1 and Republican Warren G. Harding would return the limited power and limited authority of the federal government. Tariffs were once again raised on foreign goods and the United States refused to involve itself into the complexities of international affairs. Republican’s Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover would follow the ideas of laissez-faire economics throughout the 1920’s leading to one of the most profitable times in America’s 20th century.

American propagandists point towards the collapse of our stock market, failing banks, and the high unemployment rate as a result of unregulated capitalism at the end of the 1920’s. Hogwash! Americans posted record profits and earnings throughout the 1920’s. The national congress under Hoover’s administration ruined the borrowing potential of the private sector with the development of government works projects. Deficit spending and government works projects ruined the economy. Herbert Hoover then abandoned the principles of capitalism by agreeing with Congress to borrow and spend money that did not exist. Hoover and Congress crowded-out the borrowing potential of the private sector; his socialistic economic policies led to the collapse of the American stock market. Hoover’s new founded socialist policies created the depression. Franklin D. Roosevelt would turn the depression into the Great Depression by expanding the economic principles of socialism.

1933-2009: Socialism wins the Red Scare and the Cold War:

Socialist Dictator, Franklin D. Roosevelt, was elected to the presidency in 1932 on the promise of a “New Deal”. FDR would be the first and only president to break American tradition by seeking more than two consecutive terms in office. FDR would expand the power and authority of the federal government.

1. The Federal Government took over the banking system (FDIC).

2. The Federal Government confiscated gold from individuals and banks. (Federal Reserve)

3. The Federal Government collectivized agriculture (AAA).

4. The Federal Government collectivized industry (NIRA).

5. The Federal Government mediated on behalf of labor unions (NLRB).

6. The Federal Government created Social Security and unemployment compensation (SSA).
7. The Federal Government created an imperialistic foreign policy under the imperialistic assumption that “America is the arsenal of democracy” (World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Operation Desert Storm, War on Terrorism, War on Drugs, etc...).

8. The Federal Government took over the stock market (SEC).

9. The Federal Government became the nation’s largest employer (CCC, WPA).

10. The Federal Government became a provider of utilities (TVA).

11. The Federal Government passed the Public Salary Tax (1939) taxing federal employees.

12. The Federal Government passed the Buck Act (1940) taxing federal employees within the states.

Franklin D. Roosevelt was no more or no less than a communist dictator. Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini executed the same centralized government policies carried out under the Roosevelt administration. Those people, in America, who benefited from command economics, praised Roosevelt for his bold un-delegated use of presidential power. Those people, who loved individual freedom, praising the principles of limited government, labeled Roosevelt a dictator. Roosevelt destroyed the free market principles of the United States of America. Roosevelt was a communist dictator. Whether one praises or vilifies Roosevelt’s policies, his actions spoke louder than his words. Roosevelt’s economic policies to collectivize the private market were absolutely identical to the collectivized policies under Stalin, Hitler and Mussolini. Franklin D. Roosevelt behaved as a communist dictator in the United States of America.

FDR should have been arrested, tried and executed for treason!

1942 Public Revenue Act or Victory Tax:

Franklin Roosevelt sought to force the United States into another European War in 1939. The United States Congress passed not one but two series of Neutrality Acts ensuring that the United States would not repeat the same mistake made in the First World War. President Woodrow Wilson had ensured the nation in his 1916 campaign reelection bid to stay out of Europe’s war. A few months into Wilson’s second term, the United States was at war. Wilson lied!

American’s did not volunteer for war; American’s were conscripted, forced; they were enslaved. Many historians have pondered the reasons for U.S. involvement in the First World War. Wilson attempted to protect American bankers from losing twenty plus million dollars in loans given to France and Great Britain. If Germany were to have won the war, American banks would have lost tens of millions of dollars. American men and women went to war to collect bad bank loans made to foreign countries on the brink of default. If democracy were the objective for our involvement in the First World War, why, oh why, did the Congress and the President have to force Americans to fight? Would the spirit of America not fight for the sake of democracy alone? No!

Franklin Roosevelt was frustrated to say the least with the American people and the representatives they had chosen and seated in the United States Congress. The congress refused to get involved in Europe’s war which unofficially began in 1939. Roosevelt found a way around the Neutrality Acts by signing a presidential directive known in history as the Lend-Lease Plan. Roosevelt stated that we would become the “arsenal of democracy for the world”. We gave Communist Dictator (the world’s greatest mass murderer; 33 million dead), Joseph Stalin, money, supplies and weapons. We became allies with our communist enemy of the Red Scare. We became allies with the greatest threat to American capitalism. We became allies with a mass murderer. Congress could do little to stop Roosevelt’s lend-lease plan while the United States Supreme Court was as silent as a dead mouse on the issue. Roosevelt had silenced the principle of checks and balances and separation of powers. Roosevelt was a one man show. Roosevelt was a dictator!

December 07, 1941 would change the war position of Congress, and Roosevelt would receive his Declaration of War. On December 08, 1941, the United States of America was again involved in a world war. The public revenue act of 1942 was created to pay for the war effort; the Victory Tax was its propaganda name. Donald Duck and Walt Disney World were hired to promote the new Victory Tax. For the first time in American history, the bottom 90% of taxpayers would be added to the tax rolls. The bottom 90% had been exempt from paying income taxes, since the incorporation of the 16th amendment in 1913.

The Victory Tax would later be suspended in 1944, but the addition of the bottom 90% of taxpayers to the income tax rolls would remain. The socialists had prevailed. A progressive federal income tax would now truly punish the working class and fund a whole bunch of New Deal subsidies for American and foreign business. Major foreign and domestic tax burdens would be eliminated while a direct pay-roll tax would be applied to all Americans. We became Communists in 1944.

Federal government revenue would increase 900% (900%, 900%, 900%, 900%) between 1942 and 2006. Businesses and individuals incomes would decline 900% between those same dates. The late Karl Marx would have been so proud of Franklin D. Roosevelt., as Karl Marx so eloquently stated in his Communist Manifesto: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need”. Later in history a new socialist dictator by the name of Lyndon B. Johnson would idiot proof Karl Marx’s quote on progressive taxation with his own statement: “We are going to take from the haves, and give it to the have-nots”. Lyndon Johnson would declare war on poverty with his democratic heavenly plan of a Great Society!

1942 Public Revenue Act-1947 General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade:

World War 2 would come to an end in 1945. However, before the end of the war against Germany, Japan and Italy, the United States would again refight the old Red Scare. This time we call the war with Russia and communism the Cold War. Nothing can be further from the truth. The Korean and Vietnam conflicts were nowhere close to being cold. During this Cold War, the United States would agree to lower tariffs and begin a global community of world democracy or as George H. Bush stated at the end of Operation Desert Storm, “a new world order”. The government would need to continue to tax the American worker and American business instead of adhering to its constitutional taxing authority of duties, imposts and excises or dividends and earnings from stock investments. The federal government would ignore the Supreme Court decisions of Pollock, Brushaber and Stanton, because our nation was again at war and needed patriotic imperialists to democratize the world.

The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) would become known as the World Trade Organization around the mid-1990’s. Within less than a decade, the World Trade Organization (U.S.A) had picked another global fight with fundamentalists within the Middle East. September 11, 2001 would unofficially begin our War on Terrorism.

Conclusion:

In 1861, 88% of federal revenue came from taxing duties, imposts, and excises. Remember, these taxes were applied to foreign and domestic goods as they were manufactured, sold, used and imported. In 1913, 95% of federal revenue came from taxes applied to foreign and domestic goods as they were manufactured, sold, used and imported, and a 1-6% income tax was applied to the top 10% of dividend earners (profits and earnings from the stock market). In 1942, the federal congress passed the Revenue Act adding the bottom 90% of wage earners to the income tax roll. As of 2006, 87% of federal government revenues come from progressive individual payroll taxes, such as: Social Security, Medicare, Federal Income and Federal Borrowing. In 2009, Presidents from Franklin D. Roosevelt to President Barack H. Obama including the Democrats and Republicans in our national congress have bankrupted the people of the United States of America. It is only a matter of short time before another huge increase in income taxation will occur. Without an immediate increase in income taxation, our beloved nation will default and go bankrupt.

We have an option to end this madness. We must return to the principles of constitutional government in its strict legal terms. We must restore popular sovereignty, state’s rights, and taxes on foreign business and foreign investors. We do not need the world as much as the world need’s Americans! We must end our destructive and expensive nature of undeclared wars. We need to return to the foreign policy not of isolationism but of brinkmanship. We must demonstrate to our enemies that we will not be threatened by acts of terrorism, militarism or political commerce. Our government must take care of Americans First!

Our Constitution was written as a means to liberate and protect people from the chains and shackles of involuntary servitude. Our country’s founding fathers were God fearing Christian men, who believed in equal justice, the rule of law and the worth and dignity of the individual. They risked all that they possessed, including their very lives, to free not only themselves from the shackles of government tyranny, but to secure the blessings of liberty for themselves and future generations of Americans. Our founding fathers understood that they were committing acts of treason and, if caught by the British Monarchy, they knew they could have been put to death.

Since the last shot was fired between the British Monarchy and the confederation of America, numerous people throughout the history of this great country have dedicated themselves to the absolute destruction of our economic, political and religious personal freedoms. They have utilized the force and authority of government to steal from the masses by means of unequal forms of progressive taxation, and they have stolen our system of free and open elections.

Under a two party political system and the expansion of an untaxed electorate, they have and continue to demonize those that possess faith and worship in the Word of God. Absolute power over the masses and regulatory authority over the masses assets is their quest. These American Socialists, Communists and Fascists understand how to attain absolute power over the people. They must first bankrupt the people and their industries, creating a totally dependent and helpless majority of voters. They will attack and diminish the sovereignty of the Word of God including God Himself.

Two-hundred and twenty two years later, America is besieged by socialists, communists and fascists in every elected federal office. From the current President of the United States, including our Congress and our Courts, socialist policies are easily recognizable for all to see. Make no mistake, President Barack Obama is not the first socialist to seek and attain the Presidency. Recall G.W. Bush and his war in Iraq, prescription drug benefit program, hundreds of billions in foreign aid, NCLB (No Child Left Behind) Act, and corporate bail-out packages. Recall Bill Clinton’s NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) and Medicare Tax increase. George H. Bush’s war in Iraq, and his oh so famous broken promise, “Read My Lips, No New Taxes”. I can only recall three American Presidents post Franklin D. Roosevelt who exemplified the spirit of our Constitutional Republic: President Dwight D. Eisenhower, President John F. Kennedy and President Ronald Reagan.

As long as the spirit of liberty and personal freedom continues to circulate throughout the masses within this nation, socialism and fascism will meet heavily well armed, well prepared resistance. Our elected leaders, who despise American Independence and popular sovereignty, will never give up on disarming the general populace, for they understand the power and danger of a well armed population. As our tenth and ninth amendment constitutional guarantees have been destroyed by the federal court system in the past seventy years, our Second Amendment right to keep and bare arms is the last and most important amendment left to defend our natural rights as free independent persons. Without the second amendment, our Constitutional Republic will be destroyed forever.

Every American must recognize that our founding fathers secured the natural God-given rights of man to defend himself and his family against a government in breach of its social contract with the people. Make no mistake, our second amendment right to keep and bare arms will be denied as an individual sovereign right. Make no mistake; socialists elected to public office will follow in the footsteps of Adolf Hitler’s propaganda machine in Nazi Germany to strip law abiding citizens of the right to self defense. Without disarming the public, absolute socialism, communism or fascism can not exist. Our national government will in the next four years deny you and your family your second amendment right to bare arms. History has proven individual rights lost to government are never regained without a revolution.

Our Revolutionary War was fought by brave men and women who feared for the lives, liberties and properties of their families. They feared for the personal and economic safety of their spouses, children, and grandchildren. American patriots fought and won a war against democratic power, democratic corruption and democratic greed. Our founding fathers utilized their faith in God, and a strong belief in natural rights to help them defeat the most powerful government in the world. They defeated the tyranny of British democracy and a governmental oligarchy of absolute rule by military force. These American Patriots demonstrated to the world that God is more sovereign and people are more powerful than any group of elected or appointed group of men. In 1776, the world witnessed the power of individual will and the expression of God’s natural rights.

Before and after the American Revolution, our founding fathers would enumerate the natural God-given rights of mankind onto the Declaration of Independence in their plea with King George and the British Empire. The American colonist’s petitions and pleas for civility, equality, and economic freedom fell upon the deaf ears of democratic greed. The British government required enormous revenue to continue its wars with France. The American colonists were the last untaxed, unregulated, subjected territory of the British Empire. King George failed to recognize the determination and absolute autonomy that existed within the new world. King George’s failure to adhere to his country’s common law and social contracts long established with the American colonists forced a colonial rebellion and ultimately a loss of English territory.

These natural God-given rights would later be enumerated onto the Constitution of the United States of America. An American heritage of personal freedom, individual liberty, and equal justice would be established as our new nation’s absolute rule of law. A new Confederation of Independent America would provide enumerated security for the rights of mankind while preserving the dignity and worth of every individual.

Consequently, evil existed, as it continues to exist in the hearts and minds of those seeking control, power and authority over the lives of helpless individuals. The cruelty of American slavery would be debated by our founding fathers, but left undone in order to preserve the power of those very few who profited from the servitude of free and cheap labor. The social and economic injustices of slavery and involuntary servitude would trap people into a life of poverty and economic hardship for decades to come.

Our constitution would continue the abomination of the slave trade, the institution of slavery itself and a system of social injustice for many groups of Americans. African, Chinese, Hispanics, Irish, Italians, and Native Americans would be legally treated as property rather than morally treated as human beings. Too many Americans untouched by the hypocrisies of their government took an immoral silent oath “not to get involved”. Too many Americans, recognizing the social injustices of government enslavement and indentured servitude, blindly rationalized their lack of action as citizens. Due to the cowardice actions of so many citizens, God’s natural rights given to all of mankind would be denied to so many groups of people who lacked a political voice in our government. Even though personal freedom is guaranteed in our Constitution, personal freedom is never absolutely enforced by our government. From time to time, social and economic injustices must be faced, fought, and defeated by all citizens who believe in equality, justice and the rule of law. Americans tend to forget, we are the government. We have the power. We have a responsibility to defend everyone in this nation from the power and greed of five-hundred and forty-five elected or appointed public officials in breach of our social contract and outside of our rule of law.

Our Constitution has been and continues to be under assault by very small democratic groups of socialists, communists, and fascists, who lurk within the walls of our political institutions. They promise change and progress for the people of America. History has shown that they deliver despair, distrust and debt to the masses. These American tyrants know they will be powerless over our people, without first destroying our economic security. Democratic socialism and fascism require poverty and personal insecurity amongst the masses in order to exist as a governing body. One only needs to recall their world history in the twentieth century to understand why European and Asian tyrants promising change for their people could be so easily elected to public office. Tyrants, such as: Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Benito Mussolini, Mao Zedong, and Ho Chi Minh, promised progressive change and government economic security. History demonstrated government operated security must first eliminate all citizens unwilling to participate. Government operated security will not allow personal or economic freedoms. Government operated security operates based upon the old clichés, “It’s my way or the highway”, “one size fits all”.

Today, too many liberal and conservative Americans look towards our federal government to solve their individual economic or social problems. Our federal government is constitutionally limited and restrained from delivering to any one person or any group of people a solution to their personal or economic problems. Remember that we are all part of our government. When government offers one privilege or immunity to one person or one group of people, government is legally and literally discriminating against another person or another group of people. Our founding fathers limited the power of our central government by delegating seventeen simple absolute powers to the federal government. Our founding fathers constitutionally guaranteed that all other governmental powers would be reserved to the people and the state governments. This idea of limited government insured the preservation of personal and economic freedom for all individuals. This idea of limited government would prevent a bloated uncontrollable and out of touch bureaucracy of the majority or of the minority. Our founding fathers created a government limited in its capacity to grant privileges and immunities for one group of people over any other group of people. Our founding fathers understood the dangers of democracy and the tyranny of oligarchy. They limited the power of our central government from engaging itself into the political, economic or social affairs of its citizens.

Again, we can look at our history and easily see the horrors of an unlimited central government. The U.S. Supreme Court case Plessy v. Ferguson (1896) is a primary example of the tyranny of an unchecked and imbalanced central government. As an educator of American History and American Government, I have long taught the inhumanity of this unconstitutional court ruling. The Supreme Court is constitutionally delegated the least amount of governmental power and authority. For good reason, they are the one branch of our government unelected by the people. They are the one branch of our government serving life time appointments. Our founding fathers deliberately limited the power of this branch of government to one specific duty; the power to declare an act of Congress or action of the President constitutional or unconstitutional. The Supreme Court’s position, within its ruling, must be rooted within the seventeen powers of Congress or the Article II powers of the United States Presidency. Our founding fathers limited the power of the courts to create public policy or law. Our founding fathers limited the power of the courts to consider the opinions of the majority of American citizens.

In 1896, the United States Supreme Court created an unconstitutional law referred to as “separate but equal”. For the first time in American History, the U.S. Supreme Court took the majority or minority of Southerners cultural beliefs of segregation and created a new law allowing state governments (people) to separate black and white people in public places. I ask my students every year one simple question, show me? Show me where in the United States Constitution the U.S. Supreme Court found the “legal authority” to rule segregation or “separate but equal” a law. No where in the Constitution can anyone find the authority of the court to rule in such a manner. So, where did the court find its authority? In democracy the court found its authority. In rule by the majority the court found its authority. The Supreme Court created a new law. Our courts are constitutionally prevented from passing laws. Law making powers are delegated to the Congress, whom we elect. Our founding father, James Madison, warned us about the tyranny of democracy; Madison referred to democracy as “mob rule”.

Segregation is but one horror pertaining to the tyranny of our federal government. In 1963, our Supreme Court broke our nation’s most sacred covenant with its people, separation of church and state. For one-hundred and seventy-six years our government was prohibited from infringing upon our first amendment guaranteed constitutional right of religious freedom. In 1963, the Supreme Court outlawed the free expression of religion in public places. Remember, we are the public and we are the government. Our first amendment guaranteed right to keep government separate from our religious activities has been destroyed. We can not express our religion in public schools, courthouses, legislatures, city and county offices. Why? All because five people out of hundreds of millions of citizens made personal decisions as Supreme Court members to break the constitutional divide between religion and the state. From 1787 through 1963, the bible was used as readers in our public schools, the Regents Prayer was recited on a daily basis, the Ten Commandments were posted in schools, courthouses, and other public facilities. From 1787 through 1963, God and his Church were separated form our government. The United States Supreme Court created a new law to outlaw God and his Church from the public venue. Why? How? Our constitution is clear: The judicial branch of our government is not legally empowered with the authority to write law. Our first amendment rights to freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly and petition are clear and concise limitations placed upon government itself. In 1963, our government destroyed the meaning of separation of church and state.

War! How many undeclared wars will our government fight? The last time this nation declared war was December 8, 1941. The Second World War was also the last war our nation won. Since the end of World War II, our government has sent American Soldiers to fight in the following countries: Honduras, Panama, Nicaragua, Cuba, Bolivia, Colombia, El Salvador, Mexico, Haiti, Dominican Republic, China, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, East Timor, Palestine, Israel, Egypt, Lebanon, Cyprus, Sinai, Grenada, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Georgia, Congo, Libya, Chad, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Liberia, Central African Republic, Gabon, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Tanzania, Sudan, Djibouti, Ivory Coast, Albania, and Macedonia. How? Is the President of the United States a military dictator? Can the President of the United States exercise his/her commander-in-chief powers without permission from the people (Congress)? No. But our Presidents have abused their constitutional powers by sending America’s son and daughters to fight and die in foreign lands without constitutional approval. Our military continues to be used and abused by an out of control arbitrary central government.

How many of you have become outraged by our government’s actions regarding American Soldiers being arrested, tried and convicted of war crimes? What are war crimes? Our soldiers are not at war! War can only be declared by our Congress. Our soldiers are being used to police the world, and they are being forced to adhere to foreign laws regarding their duties. Our soldiers are in a-lose-lose situation. Our elected representatives refuse to declare war on terrorism. Our elected representatives would rather declare war on drugs. Our elected representatives would rather fight a war against their own people than a war against those who attacked our military, our capitol, and our financial institutions.

For far too long, the federal government has usurped the constitutional power of the people and the constitutional authority of state governments. For far too long, special interest groups have politically and economically benefited from unconstitutionally expanding the arbitrary power of the federal government. For far too long, foreign governments have indentured the American taxpayer and worker in the name of free trade, democracy and humanitarianism. Americans are now exhausted, disenchanted, and disgusted with those who have been elected and sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. Americans are once again on the edge of committing acts of violence towards their government. Americans are again ready to demonstrate that God is sovereign and the worth and dignity of the individual will again reassert itself. As did the colonists with the Declaration of Independence, the American people are now petitioning government to execute its constitutional duties of defending their lives, their liberties, and their properties from greedy, corrupt democratic institutions. Our elected leaders must reread their American History and the Declaration of Independence before millions of petitioners turn into patriots at war. America’s Tea Parties are our polite and civil petitions to our government to wake up and listen to the people that employ you with the honor of serving the greatest country on earth. I can only hope and pray that our government listens to its people.

d. The government has refused to allocate money unless those people and states relinquish their sovereignty. (Highway funds, education money)

e. The government has entered into economic and military executive contracts with foreign governments. (NAFTA, WTO, CFR, World Bank, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc…)

f. The government has dissolved direct and representative legislation within the fifty states. (Judicial Review, 14^th amendment)

g. The government has bankrupted the state and federal treasuries. (California, Social Security, Medicare)

h. The government has obstructed the laws of Naturalization of foreigners; (Amnesty for illegal’s, enemy combatants, lack of border control)

i. The government has obstructed the Administration of Justice. (Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama)

j. The government has made Judges dependent upon its Will alone. (Abortion, Gun control, Commerce)

k. The government has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent swarms of bureaucrats to harass our people and destroy their personal and economic lives. (DEA, BATFE, IRS, EEOC, FTC, OSHA, NLRB, SSA, AAA)

l. The government has kept us in a time of unnecessary war, without the consent of our legislatures. (Korea, Vietnam, Panama, Colombia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, etc…)

m. The government has conscripted our people, imprisoned our soldiers and threatened the world with its technology. (WWI, WWII, Vietnam)

n. The government has entered into foreign alliances distant from our jurisdiction and our constitution. (NATO, WTO, NAFTA, UN)

o. The government has quartered large numbers of our people onto foreign shores. (Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, Vietnam, etc…)

p. The government has kept large bodies of domestic and foreign troops on our shores. (NATO, Enemy Aliens, Illegal Immigrants, Enemy Combatants)

q. The government refuses to prosecute its officials who commit acts of treason, bribery and obstruction of justice. (Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama)

r. The government has cut off our trade with certain parts of the world. (Cuba, Iran)

s. The government has imposed Taxes on us without our Consent. (Federal Income, Social Security, Medicare, Inheritance, Gift, etc…)

t. The government has created arbitrary rules and arbitrary courts to remove our right to Trial by Jury. (Tax Courts, Divorce Courts, Arbitration)

u. The government has transported foreign laws and customs to our lands in order to destroy our heritage of personal and economic freedom. (United Nations Charter, International Court, European Socialism)

v. The government has destroyed our language and our traditions. (Illegal Immigration, Religious Holidays)

w. The government has plundered the seas, ravaged the coasts, burned the towns and destroyed the lives of millions of foreign peoples. (Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Panama, Colombia, Somalia, etc…)

x. The government has waged numerous wars against our people for pretended offenses. (Drug War, Tax evasion, domestic terrorism, Hate Crimes)

y. The government continues to transport large bodies of mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny to foreign shores. (Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia)

z. The government has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has destroyed the prosperity of American achievement and wealth. (Unconstitutional taxation, Subsidies, Entitlements)

aa. The list of grievances listed above come straight from the founding document of the United States of America, the Declaration of Independence. Today, we Americans can apply the same grievances towards our federal government and its bureaucratic tyrannical power.

Today, it appears that many Americans believe that the path our nation has taken towards fascism and communism (socialism) is irreversible. For sure, too many honest, God-fearing, law abiding Americans have voluntarily removed themselves from the ballot box, thereby creating a system of government that defines itself and maintains itself through a collectivized oligarchy which utilizes the threat of force by creating an atmosphere of economic fear. Fear has been the political tool used behind all of the world’s dictators to deny their people basic God given rights to their lives, liberties and their properties. However, all of recorded history has shown that fear eventually turns against the fool(s) who uses it. The emotion of man made fear is less powerful than a calling to a higher power. Governments, who utilize fear as their weapon for maintaining power and control over its people, have always created a collectivized rebellion amongst those they seek to govern. The masses eventually grow to love to hate those who posses power and authority over their lives. The masses have and they will always revolt when pushed too far by their government! America is on the verge of an economic meltdown. Those in Washington D.C. recognize this growing economic menace to their power, but they are doing little to avert the inevitable calamity brewing on the streets of America. After all, what can they do? They are the ones who have purposefully caused all of our economic problems. I fear it might be too late for our leaders to prevent the inevitable economic collapse of the U.S. of America. I fear what is sure to come in the next few years, war.

America is again collectively coming together to love to hate those in power, those corrupt, greedy leaders who falsely believe that they have control over the masses. Americans of all ages, races, genders, nationalities and religions are recognizing that unchecked and imbalanced government is the greatest threat to their personal well being. A growing number of Americans understand that they have been sold out by their government to the highest foreign bidder available, China. Americans have now recognized the fact that their elected leaders do not have the American people’s interests at heart; our leaders are too busy lying and cheating their way into office as to better themselves or the interest groups who have financed their campaigns. Americans are recognizing that our government has broken its social contract with the people. Tens of millions of Americans are aware of the legal reality of a binding contract. When one party breaks a legally binding contract the contract becomes null and void for both parties involved. When peaceful petitioning by the people is ignored by our leaders, history demonstrates that violence is soon to follow. Why, oh why, have our leaders hardened their hearts? Why, oh why, have our leaders turned from our rule of law? Why, oh why are our leaders creating what is sure to come?

Mothers and fathers of American soldiers have recognized that too many Americans have fought and died defending this nation against the tyranny of democratic socialism. God fearing, freedom loving, and law abiding Americans will no longer sit by and watch two hundred and twenty-two years of liberty be flushed down the toilet of democracy and absolute rule by force. A time bomb in America is ticking down, unfortunately our elected leaders fail to believe that “it can and it will” happen here. America is on the brink of financial ruin. When the people of our nation can no longer feed, house, and clothe their families for the sake of government creating or spreading diversity, fairness, and sharing of wealth with the world; civil unrest and civil war will be the result. No one wins in war.

War costs lives, wealth and national unity. War can be averted. Financial ruin can be averted. We must return to the principles of our constitutional republic: Equality, Justice, and Rule of Law. State governments must assert their constitutional rights under the principle of federalism and constitutional law.

I, Alvie Gene Ponder II, intend to run for Lt. Governor of the State of Alabama in 2010. I am a past Libertarian (2002) and Democratic (2006) candidate for Alabama State House of Representatives, District 94. I am a graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences, and possess a Masters of Educational Leadership degree from the University of South Alabama. I am a veteran of the Alabama Army National Guard and the United States Army. I am a twelve year veteran teacher in the Alabama public school system, where I teach American Government/Economics, Advanced Placement Political Science, and United States History. The next Lt. Governor of the State of Alabama must assert the original intent of the tenth-amendment and the limited delegated powers of the United States Constitution. The federal government long ago seceded from our union and broke its contractual obligations with the people of our state and our nation. The state governments created our Constitution and the state governments must defend and secure our Constitution or risk indebting themselves and their citizens to an arbitrary governmental system of unitary (centralized) rule.

Asserting the tenth amendment by any politician will spark fierce upheaval amongst those who believe in the elite centralized theory of government. Elitists will use socialist propaganda techniques, such as: labeling, altering the truth, and tugging at the heartstrings of the American people to prevent any constitutionalist from gaining public office. Elitists, who are opponents of the Bill of Rights and a strict constructionist philosophy of our Constitution, will label proponents of constitutional freedoms with such names as: Racist, Homophobe, Right-Winger, Neo-Conservative, etc… Opponents of personal individual freedom will use invisible parts of the constitution to base their public arguments for the expansion of governmental power and the protection of the greater good within society. Elitists use children, the sick, the poor, the disabled, the environment, animal rights, etc… to tug at the emotional heartstrings of all human beings in order to advance their socialist agenda. Elitists believe that only a bureaucratic army can save God’s creations. Elitists have adopted a pessimistic perspective of all mankind believing that individual people left alone are incapable of making moral decisions without the force and regulatory authority of a centralized government.

a. Elitists believe that personal income should be confiscated and redistributed to unproductive individuals and unprofitable corporations.

b. Elitists believe that entrepreneurship is greedy and worthy of regulation.

c. Elitists believe that God and his Church are incapable of taking care of the sick and the poor.

d. Elitists believe that families are unimportant in the rearing of children.

e. Elitists believe that the standards of education should be lowered to accommodate individuals with the lowest intelligence.

f. Elitists believe that a voluntary tax system (lottery) is sinful but governmental confiscation (theft) of personal property is patriotic.

g. Elitists believe that a puppy’s life is more important than a babies’ life.

h. Elitists believe that murderers, thieves, and rapists can be rehabilitated, but illegal drug users or sellers should rot in prison.

i. Elitists believe that alcohol consumption (drug) is moral and acceptable, but pot smokers (drug) are the immoral scumbags of society.

j. Elitists believe that sex outside of marriage should be legal but prostitution (sex for money) is criminal behavior.

k. Elitists believe that the celebration of Christmas is discriminatory, yet the celebration of every other religious holiday is a celebration in diversity.

l. Elitists believe in diversity and equality unless you happen to be a white male (Affirmative Action).

m. Elitists believe that passports to leave the country are mandatory but visas and citizenship requirements are violations of due process.

n. Elitists believe that terrorists who plan and execute murder and destruction deserve constitutional rights, but American citizens should turn over their guns to government for the good of the public.

o. Elitists believe that Americans do not want -$20 to $40 dollar per hour jobs in textile and automotive industries, etc...

p. Elitists believe that working at Wal-Mart and waiting on tables at restaurants are great jobs for American families.

q. Elitists believe that rebuilding Iraq and Afghanistan’s infrastructure is more important than maintaining American schools, highways and parks.

r. Elitists believe that the caribou in Alaska and a desert of ice is worth protecting even if it means that 4,000 + American soldiers will die fighting and providing them with oil for their SUV’s.

s. Elitists believe that a good manufactured in Alabama then shipped to Georgia or New York should be heavily taxed, regulated and limited, but a good manufactured in Mexico, Canada, China, India, South Korea, etc… should be untaxed and unregulated.

t. Elitists believe that tobacco and alcohol should be taxed 400-500 % more than other consumable goods. Elitists like to control your “sinful” behaviors with Sin Taxes.

u. Elitists believe that global warming is caused by cow farts and a new tax on cow farts will somehow lessen global warming.

v. Elitists believe that earth’s temperature has nothing to do with scientific climatic cycles dating back thousands of years. They believe that Americans should be taxed and punished for using electricity, natural gas, oil, and coal, but China, India and Mexico can have our jobs and avoid any of our government’s taxes or regulations.

w. Elitists believe that your ancient grandparents were gorillas, chimpanzees, or orangutans.

x. Elitists believe guns kill people.

y. Elitists believe in the concept of free speech, press, assembly, petition and religion unless you have a different perspective than theirs.

z. Elitists believe in a global economy governed by an elite global government.

The next candidate for Lt. Governor must have the historical knowledge to debate the elitists with simple constitutional facts. Elitists despise facts, because they know that people are suckers for the truth. When a candidate for Lt. Governor of Alabama can offer citizens facts, the elitists are sure to lose the 2010 elections in the State of Alabama. I’ve spent years learning, experiencing and teaching the facts about constitutional government. Alabamians want and deserve a simple, straightforward, apolitical leader to emerge and represent their personal freedoms and liberties which are so clearly written onto the United States and Alabama Constitutions. Alabamians deserve a higher standard of living and opportunities to work and earn a living for their families. Alabamians deserve an opportunity to bring prosperity and wealth back to our State. With the stroke of a pen, as your Lt. Governor, I will bring Free Enterprise and prosperity back to Alabama.

Together, united, fighting for our sovereignty, our jobs, our prosperity, our industries, and our American Dream we will not lose in 2010.
